Gilmaelas terrazas is a waterproof and elastic "acrylic rubber" wich is made up of acrylic copolimeros wich has a watery diffusion and they form an asphalted material so that it protects the horizontal surfaces of the terraces, main decks, flat roofs and vertical faces that are required to be isolated from rain water leaks.

Rough stone coating, highly resistant to alkalinity and atmospheric agents. Protection and decoration of façades in general. Textured coating.High resistance to weathering.. Waterproof. Breathable. It contains antimould preservative. For protecting and waterproofing single-coat mortars. It masks the surface irregularities.

Coating for siloxane-resin based façades that stand up very well to alkalinity and atmospheric agents.. Fully breathable. Completely repaintable. Complies with DIN 18558. ECOLOGICAL. Repels dirt.

Smooth solvent-based acrylic coating for pliolite-resin based façades. Exceptional adhesion on all types of construction materials, including wet substrates or in very difficult conditions. Waterproof and completely breathable.

COTEFILM NG  is an ultra elastic smooth acrylic coating specially formulated to prevent water seepage from outside. Anti-Fracture (able to seal hairline cracks up to 2 mm). Self-cleaning. Permeable to water vapour, allowing the support to breathe. Impermeable to rainwater.
