PURCHASE AGREEMENT

When the customer places an order, they are obligated to read and confirm their understanding of the following general terms and conditions of contract. By placing an order after reading these terms, the customer confirms their agreement with AMODECO.

The prices of our products include VAT.

Products are delivered with the original manufacturer's packaging and documents.

You can register on our online store (https://www.pinturasamodeco.com) to place orders, track them, and access the latest products marketed by the various brands we are official distributors of.

For any queries, please remember to use the order number provided at the time of purchase. You will receive the product along with the purchase invoice.

Pinturas Amodeco reserves the right to cancel an order due to website failure in displaying the price of a product or calculating a shipping fee. Once the order is canceled, the customer will be informed of the error, and the money paid on our website will be refunded.

RETURNS

At Amodeco Paints, any product from any commercial brand can be returned except for personalized products or those manufactured according to consumer specifications (for example, custom colors).

Products purchased in a pack must be returned with the complete pack. Partial pack returns will not be accepted.

Returns will also not be accepted for the following products, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

1. The provision of services once the service has been fully performed, when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, and with their acknowledgment that, once the contract has been fully executed by the entrepreneur, they will lose their right of withdrawal.

2. The supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the entrepreneur cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

3. The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as custom-configured computers.

4. The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

5. The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., kitchen products and robots).

6. The supply of goods that, after delivery and considering their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.

7. The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

8. The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

You have a period of 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery to make a return. Any return without prior communication will not be accepted.
