Acrylic solvent-based multifunction primer with antioxidant properties for difficult-to-bond surfaces. Repaintable with 1 and 2 component products. Adherence to all types of surfaces such as PVC and non-ferrous metals. Interior Exterior
SHOP PRIMER Monocomponent phosphochromative primer. Especially suitable for difficult to anchor surfaces LCP REVETON
Phosphocromatising and passivating vinyl primer with a single component for industrial use.
Especially suitable for the application of both ferrous metal surfaces and different non-ferrous alloys (galvanized, aluminum, zinc-plated ...), which present adhesion problems. As pre-treatment of blasting steel allowing different finishes (alkyd, Polyurethanes, Epoxy.)
Description
Phosphocromatising and passivating vinyl primer with a single component for industrial use.
Applications
- Especially suitable for the application of ferrous metal surfaces, as well as different non-ferrous alloys (galvanized, aluminum, galvanized, etc.), which present adhesion problems.
- As pre-treatment of blasting steel allowing different finishes (alkyd, Polyurethanes, Epoxy, etc.).
Properties
- Excellent adhesion on all types of metals.
- It allows the repainting with a great variety of finishes.
- Short drying and repainting times.
- It allows welding and oxycutting.
- Contains non-toxic anticorrosive pigments
Color: Black
Matte finish
Performance: 15-20 m² / Lt .. (Approximate in application to air pistol per layer).
Drying:
- To the touch: 10 minutes
- Total: 30 minutes
- Repainting: after 3 hours
No. of layers: 1 layer
Recommended thickness: 10-15 microns per layer
Thinner: 30 -50% in aerograph gun with solvent shop primer (phosphochromative)
Cleaning: Solvent shop first
Application tools:
- Aerographic projection equipment, brush (patching)
- Conventional gun: Nozzle 1.8 - 2.2 (3-6 bar)
Surface treatment:
The surfaces in general must be dry, firm, clean and free of grease, dust and rust. Eliminate the elements that present bad adhesion. Apply on iron or steel by abrasive pickling to Sa 2½ grade (ISO 85501- 1: 1998) or manual brushing up to St 3 of SIS 05.59.00 standard
