Description

IMLAR CPC is a 100% pure acrylic emulsion, waterproof and elastic, of Teflon for preventive and curative treatments of facades.

Applications

• On mineral supports such as brick, fiber cement, stone, reinforced concrete, etc ... to protect it from the action of CO2, sulfur dioxides and acids.
• As an antipainted treatment that can be easily removed with solvent along with the treatment, in this case a minimum consumption of 150 to 200 g / m² is required.
• Protection of construction materials against the presence of microcracks, up to 0.3 mm opening between lips.

How to use:

    Support Preparation :.

Surfaces must be strong and dry and free of grease, oil, dirt, oil, fungi, seaweed or debris from poorly bonded material.

    New concrete or mortar: It must have an age of 21 days and a surface tensile strength greater than 10 kg / cm², with a slightly rough surface finish which is achieved if a fine fracturing is performed at the beginning of the setting.

    Old Concrete: Old cement surfaces, and especially if they are smooth, must be mechanically and chemically treated to open the pore and ensure the anchoring of the paint.

    : Stone and patchesThe joints in bad condition should be emptied and repasadas with a suitable mortar.

    Brick face: Mortar joints, sores and tendons, should be flush with the face of the brick, that is, can not be undone. The application must be done with great care since we have a support with two different absorptions: that of the brick and the mortar.

      2. Product Application:

Once opened the container must be removed.

On the support previously dampened, or adding some water to the paint, IMLAR CPC is applied in two cross layers.

To obtain an anti-graffiti effect, a minimum of 150-200 g / m² of pure IMLAR CPC must be applied.

Excess product or a layer too thick at one time, can give a whitish appearance to the support.

Tools: Roller, Brush or PistolFor small rough surfaces apply with a brush. For large rough surfaces apply to spray gun, if this is not possible to apply with roller and remove excess brush.

Dry to the Touch: 1-2 hours according to temperature and HR
