DESCRIPTION

Synthetic contact adhesive with high resistance to temperature and excellent quality of bonding. The main features of this adhesive are high adhesive power, ultimate strength and quick drying rate.

Uses and applications:

It can be used in for the following applications:

• Bonding of wood and stratified plastic sheets on flat or curved surfaces or edges.
• Installation of textile coverings, carpets, linoleum, rubber, cork, polyurethane sheets, foams, cardboard-plaster, marble, leather, neoprene, cardboard, etc.

Remark: this adhesive it is not recommended for PVC, polyolefins, silicones or fluoride polymers.

Instructions for use:

1. Surfaces to bond must be free of dust, oil, grease, etc. Humidity of surfaces must bebelow 2 – 3%.
2. Stir the product before use. Apply enoughamount of adhesive by roller or brush,approximately 0.15 to 0.25 L/m2 on eachsurface. Both substrates must be previouslytreated according to the material needs, that’sto say sanded, roughed, cleaned with solvents,etc
3. Let dry the adhesive. Drying time may varydepending on absorption of material andtemperature.
4. Join both parts and press them together,always respecting open time of adhesive. Incase it has been exceeded , reactivatebonded surfaces with heat.
